On June 11, 2011 we made a Visa payment thru/to SafeCart of $39.94 for PC Health Advisor Renewal W/Premium Support.  Since that time we have continued to recieve offers repeatedly for the very same renewal of ParetoLogic service. 

We have been unable to resolve this matter as of August 1, 2011.  We believe the only action taken by the vendor has been to accept our money and yet continue offering the service as though nothing had been done.

Thru victoria, canada, I made contact with the vendor.  It appears that they will continue to offer me renewals even though my renewal already is effective through 6/11/12
