ParetoLogic - RegCure Wiped out my hard drive Victoria British Columbia
I downloaded RegCure for $39.99 to improve the performance of my computer. After scanning my computer and 'fixing' all the 'errors', my computer would no longer connect to the internet, and it had errors when starting up or shutting down. After working with Dell telephone support for hours, we had to re-load my operating system, wiping out years of data.
When I tried to contact the company to get my money back (the product claims to be guaranteed), they do not answer the telephone, and there is no email contact listed on the website - only answers to FAQs.
