These products, Parisian Glow were advertised on the internet with an offer of a free trial. My wife ordered the "Free Trial" but unfortunately marked a box that apparently authorized them to bill for future shipments. After trying the products my wife decided to cancel. However, they shipped a first order and billed our credit card $179.87.

When the product was received, there was no company name on the package nor was there a phone number to call. Thru a Google search, I found a phone number to call 888-436-4265 and she called that number at 12:10PM where she spent several minutes on hold until we finally got to speak to Josh.

She told Josh she wished to return the merchandise for credit as she did not knowingly order it.  He said they absolutely do not accept returns and if she cancelled our credit card payment, they would sue making it a collection item and they would win and she would lose. Hardly an act of customer service. He then offered her a 50% credit and said he would cancel any future orders. Not a satisfactory solution. He further offered if she would continue the purchase of these products, he would offer a 35% discount on all future products forever.

She told him she didn't want the products and really wanted to return them for credit.  He repeated their policy of no returns and only a 50% credit. Rather than argue any further my wife agreed to accept the 50% credit offer. Josh then said he would do this as long as she agreed to never to contest this matter with anyone else in the future.  She agreed, and he gave us confirmation numbers that the credits would be immediately processed to our credit card. I DID NOT AGREE TO DROP THIS MATTER!

This is why I am writing this complaint.  And I intend to file with the Better Business Bureau and to stop payment through my credit card.
