Complaint Review: park avenue direct auto transport llc

i contacted park avenue in march 2011 for a quote to pick up my vechicle in maine ,he got back to me with a price first of $988.00 and a deposit of $100.00 .then a few days later he called and said he had a driver and it would be $200.00 deposit and total of $1000.00 would be the final payment.
 so i agreed and signed the contract and sent him out a cashier check of $200.00.he said after he recieved the money,he will begin the  process with the driver and he would call and give all the rest of the info.for the vehicle  to be picked up .after many,many phone calls he had the driver call me,because he thought that talking to a '' woman'' would get better results. the driver was very rude and anthony called me back assuring me other arrangements would be made. that is the last we heard from, him,witch was april 5-2011. we called several times at several numbers with  no luck. even the 877 number given on the web site does not answer . with repeated email's with  still no answer........
it looks like we are out $200.00 unless we find that he will return the money for services not renderd or we may have to find legal action .
