Complaint Review: Park West Gallery

I was on the royal caribbean Radiance Of The Seas oct.5-15 2005 Park West Auctions was having a art auction onboard Im not a art buyer but my wife and I bought some art on oct. 13 we payed that day on our ship charge account. The next day oct.14 we went to the auction and won $1000.00 of free art. After the auction we picked out the "free" art and the shipping was $35.00 which at this point is still ok. So Later that night I check my ship charge account and Park West auctions charged me twice for the the art I bought and twice for the shipping on the free art they gave me.

At this point I went and talked to Tara and Megan {the auctioners that work for park west] about the problem and They told me they would fix it. So later I rechecked my account and it was still wrong still over $500.00 wrong, Again I talked to park west auction people sat down with them and explained what the problem was and they got into the account [they said] and we [I] explained what the problem was and again they told me they they straighten it out as I was sitting with them. Again I rechecked my account and It was sill $60.00 off. Now Im mad so I cancled my order. I got my money back but I would never deal with Park West Auctions Again. If you have Bought any art from them I would check your charge Account
