My wife purchased several pieces of art while on a cruise. We were charged for the works onboard and told the items would be shipped to us. Once we returned home Park West Galleries lost all record of the images we paid for. They told us that the numbers associated with our sale appeared no where in their data base. They could not find or provide us with the images we purchased. They offered us a credit with them (worthless since we live in Alaska and their auctions are in Michigan). We asked for a refund. They insist a refund must come from the Norwegian Cruise Line. Norwegian Cruise Line insists the credit must be applied for by Park West before it can be issued. Park West claims they applied for a refund, Norwegian Cruise Lines claim they have not. Meanwhile its been six months and we still have no art and no refund.
