My Husband and I purchased several pieces of Art and Sports memorabilia on a cruise in December. We were not told until after we purchased the merchandise that it would be six to eight weeks for delivery. But ok what are you going to do? Well a couple of weeks after we got home, I called just to make sure they had the right shipping information and I spoke to a girl named Trisha, who was some what helpful. Well as it came up on the 8th week I called to find out if it had been shipped, when I called Park West I was told that since I had spoken to Trisha once, that she was now our representative we could only speak to her. However she was not in, so I left her a voice mail, which was NEVER returned. So I called back and this time I got Trisha on the phone and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She said that we would try and get it there by the 8 weeks with an attitude that you wouldn't believe. I asked why she was being so rude when I was only trying to track down my purchase and she had no response.

I'm just curious how anyone can have a customer service position and think they can treat people this way. I will never purchase anything again from a company that is so unprofessional, when all you want is a little information on a purchase from them especially when you spend such a large sum of money. Good Luck to anyone who continues to do business with them.
