Park West Gallery At Sea Ripoff I received the wrong picture that I bid on The information on your bill can not be traced Southfield Michigan
It's a Rip Off. I bid on a picture on a cruise (Royal Caribbean, Serenade of the Sea, 10/30/2004-11/6/2004). I bid on Fanch Ledan art works (3), two were O.K. I contact Park West At Sea immedialely and explained the art work on the bill was incorrect. That's not the picture I bid on. I gave her the information. They sent me the wrong art anyway. The name of the Art Director on the ship was Hal Baxley.
I have been in contact with Park West since November 8, 2004. I could either keep the art (I don't want or like it) or pick something else. What happened to my picture?
How many Fanch Ledan art works were brought on that ship? How many were sold? (I bought two), A man bid on the same missing picture. Park West At Sea did you even check to see if View of Cap Ferrat was on the ship? It certainly wasn't on my ship. Does Park West At Sea even know how many art works are on each ship that they can't reconcile the inventory?
To everyone, if Park West At Sea sends you the incorrect art works. The art works can't be traced. The Art Director is unreachable, the ship won't help you (it's not their problem).
This was the first time I ever bid on art on a ship. Park West At Sea, you have made this into a mess. Also, take me off your mailing list. You have a nerve to send me information regarding your next Auction.
