Beware of Parker Brown's misleading and deceptive practices.
Parker Brown Real Estate is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They fail to reply to text, email, and phone messages in a timely manner if at all. Also, if you have a maintenance problem at one of their rental properties, it will be three weeks or more before they will send a maintenance person to fix the problem. In addition, they are frequently in violation of Utah Residential Landlord and Tenant Law, and if you challenge them on their violations, they will bully and threaten you with a lawsuit. My experience with Parker Brown is that they mislead, deceive, and cheat for their own gain and profit.
