Complaint Review: Parker Peery Properties

I leased a home from this company it was a brand new house never lived in , In the year I lived in it the heating and air went out over 6 times the problem was never fixed and I was told that it cost to much to fix and it was that hot anyway.

The yard was all rocks I was promised grass but got none. Then when my lease was up I gave 30 notice and throughly cleaned the house we spend three days painting and cleaning. I wasn't given any of my deposit back. I was told they had to hire someone to paint and clean. I requested receipts for these items and was given receipts from their family members companies and people that work there. The math of their receipts didnt even add up to my deposit.

Two other people in my family had leased homes also and wasnt given their deposits either. The one home had a air and heating problems also and the water from the unit inside had leaked into the walls and had made mold in the walls and was making my cousins family sick.

So they told him that he could move out, but then they didnt give him the deposit back. My dad was hired to paint the home and they didnt even clean the mold out then. They told him dont worry about it . It's just rental property.

These are the shady's people I've ever leased from. Beware I dont know of anyone they leased to that they treated right.
