Complaint Review: Parking Ticket Guys

I signed up with these guys to handle 2 x parking tickets in late 2014.  Both tickets went to court, and notice of convictions were sent for both tickets.  Michael said he would pay the tickets before the due date, but never did.  When I checked the tickets after being past due, they were on their way to the Department of Transportation, where my license and plate would be prevented from being renewed until paid, plus additional fines would be owing.  Michael said he would pay the tickets, but did not look afte rit again.  I paid the additional money for the full cost of the tickets myself.  Michael never returned any further emails.  He pocketed the initial money I paid him to look after the tickets and never followed through on his contractual agreement as explained on the website.
