Complaint Review: Parkland Legal Group PL

Parkland Legal Group IS A SCAM!! BEWARE! I was scammed by this company for Debt Consolidation. They did absolutely nothing for me. After almost a year of waiting for them to do their JOB, I was PAYING THEM TO DO, It was by far the biggest mistake I've ever made by hiring this company. They lie to cover up on their online correspondences and DARE call me a liar when I have FULL prove of my payments and attempts I made with the company to resolve not just my debt but then they created a much bigger problem for me.

HUGE mistake on my part because they actually have full control of the escrow account they set up on your behalf, YOU DO NOT! Good luck canceling and getting your money back. All in all, I was not only insulted by this company and scammed but to make matters worse, they put me in a much worse situation than I was originally in, to begin with.  It took for me to file a BBB complaint in order to get them to respond. They lied in their correspondence to BBB.

I'm actually surprised they stand at an A- with BBB but just know that no company gets an A- without refunding clients. However, they will never refund the full amount so I still lost well over a $1,000 between the escrow account and Parland Legal Group literally gave me no choice but to buy out the contract for a hefty amount in which they did not deserve to keep. I only took it because I knew then it was something better than nothing and they know this. This is how they scam people but just know that if you don't fight back and allow them to keep your money they win.   

To Parkland Legal Group, PL, you should know that just because you give a partial refund to a customer this DOES NOT mean I am FULLY SATISFIED. If Parkland Legal Group spent as much time on any of their customer's cases as much as you spend corresponding to negative reports against the company online, you would then make some improvement where it counts!!
