Complaint Review: Parks Cheverolete

i bought a dodge intrepid from them, it was fine for a week. but then i noticed white smoke coming from my exhaust. took it to the dealer (the car was used so i bought an extended warranty) and told them the problem. they took it back to a mechanic and came back 5 min. later and the mechanic told them to tell me that it was normal for a '98 dodge intrepid to smoke. come to find out they said they were going to have to replace the rings or whatever and about 2 months later they gave me my car back it ran o.k. for a couple of days it ran fine but it started smoking again. buy then my warranty was expired and everything from then on would be out-of-the-pocket expense. i came to the conclusion that whatever they did it was very little and did whatever they could to get buy for the moment. i could not afford a rebuilt engine so i ended up letting my car go back. be very careful when dealing with them and make sure they are held to their word and dont let them tell you anything without getting a second opinion.
