Parllpasion Failure to refund the purchase price for a defective product.
I purchased a zipper repair kit from this company. When it arrived I tried to repair a zipper on my hoodie. It would not zip. I tried all sizes of zipper slipper sllider...there are three sizes. None of them worked.
I contacted ParllPasion. They refused to give the a return address and offered %25 of the purchase price to just forget the whole thing. I declined.
