I had my windows replace with Paramount Improvements, the installation went well I have to say.

I have had problems with the patio door to where it doesn't lock properly, it is very easy to lift the door over the lock, which is the main reason I had to put a board to secure the door.

I also have problems with the screen material coming out of the window, I could not figure out how to remove the screens to have them replaced.

After contacting Tom Long in the indiana store, who did the installation, I have asked him to provide me the work under the agreed warrante, I was told the repair personnel was laid off and should be returning to work soon.  When the repair people did not come back, I asked if Tom could send me the material and I could hire my own installer / repair person, I was told "no problem, send us the bill".  I asked for that statement in writing which was never delivered.  After many documented phone calls, including times and dates, I was told there was nobody to fix the windows.

I have called both Paramount and GENESEEVALLEYWINDOWS, since they are the same company and same owner.  Also the tags on the windows had the GENESEEVALLEYWINDOWS logo on them, there was never any answer on the phones.  

Later in the year, the phones are now disconnected, emails are not answered and I still have windows that cannot be opened because the screens are not secured.

I have sent numerous emails and still get no response.  Since I live in Illinois, I cannot conveniently serve them papers for a claim.
