Parmley Photography Studios Amber Parmley Took money but did not provide pictures Germantown Tennessee
I wanted to bring to your attention a fraud committed against me regarding photographs taken by Amber Parmley who owns Parmley Photography Studios in Germantown, Tennessee. On December 12, 2005, I ordered $305.90 worth of pictures of my two daughters. I purchased the pictures via the Internet and money was transferred from me to them by means of PayPal.
For several months repeated calls and e-mail messages from me to Mrs. Parmley were ignored regarding the pickup of my pictures. Ms. Parmley finally replied to one of my emails approximately May of 2006.
Ms. Parmley offered excuses as to why I had not received my pictures. She stated that she had the wrong phone numbers for me(not true). She stated that she would get the pictures to me within a week of that time. Again several months have expired and I still have not received the pictures or a refund.
Parmley Photography's PayPal account is still active as of this date and payments are still being made to this account from other customers.

Parmely Photography Makes Good on Pictures

After contacting a member of the local news media to follow up on our issue with Amber Parmley, we were able to make contact with her and set up a time to collect the pictures we were owed.
Mrs. Parmley met my wife with the pictures about 1 week later and apologized for the inconvience. At the request of my wife Mrs. Parmley agreed for us to have another sitting at half price to make up for the trouble.
Subsequent to getting the pictures, Mrs. Parmley also wrote us a refund check for the original amount we paid for the pictures.
