WOW! All the BS i have heard was never as full of air as your place. First, the claim that all "the electric happenings of Key West. Just outside your front door" is unreal... u mean a $13 taxi ride into town? Not what was advertised. "Steps away from Downtown" not quite! How about "lets park every night at the Walgreens next door and walk a half mile to your
unit? The location is 1.5 miles away from any action/fun and parking is horrible. Pools are small but even that could be overlooked if the water was cool. Hot as a hottub. Beach? There is NONE! And the smoking POLICY should be VERY CLEAR on your website. Smokers should be warned they are not welcomed AT ALL.

Parrot Key is located in the commercial district of Key West, near the locals shopping centers. It is nowhere near Duval St and for them to advertise themselves as just steps away is an outright lie. Even walking over to Walgreens next door is not easy because there is no sidewalk between. You have to walk in the car lane.
The smoking thing, well, that is just something smokers have to live with. All over the U.S., resorts are getting more and more strict on smoking as the habit is very intrusive on others. That, I agree with 100%.
