Complaint Review: Parrots Sales / Robin Schulder

 I need the original poster who received the african grey pairs and expected the birds to breed, to contact me. I am currently dealing with robin. She is doing the same exact thing to me right now. Please contact me add I hand questions for you. Thank you.

I purchased two pairs of African Grey breeders for $4000 from a person calling herself Michelle Fasio. She advertised them as healthy young pairs that had bred for her 3-4 times a year, 3-5 babies per clutch. When I picked them up in Shirley New York she made me wait for 5 hours after the agreed time. After already driven 6 hours I waited. What she offered was two pairs of half plucked birds. She kept saying they don’t look the best but I will thank her because they were great breeders. As it turns out one pair was two females and the other were imports too old to breed. After trying to get my money back for years she traded for two other pairs of the same quality. I never got them out of quarantine, after one died I got rid of them. The vet said they had a laundry list of diseases that were not curable and rendered them infertile.

So let me guess, your multi-million dollar bulldog business was shut down because you were ripping FAMILIES off. By selling parvo infested, deaf ,neuro damaged, unregistered and near dead bulldogs. So now you have picked the most expensive of exotic birds to sell. Which might I add is illegal. And you have entered into a business that you know nothing about and are already managing to step on toes and try to discredit reputable breeders.You never stop amazing me. I wouldn't buy a doll off you. Never mind a living breathing thing. I have learned my lesson dealing with you, and I can guarantee you I will make sure everyone knows who you really are Robin Shulder. The amount of websites linked to just your one cell phone number is disgusting. Selling brides? n**i memorabilia? etc??????  GET A REAL JOB AND STOP RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!!! And I see your back at attacking peoples families? And posting pics of them? Not a very smart idea! Lets not forget who won last time......why dont you post a copy of Attorney General and Dept of Agriculture decisions up here instead of trying to discredit everyone else? Better yet....maybe I will....

This is the forum where she told everyone THEY KILLED THEIR OWN PETS. (ironic isnt it?that so many of her bulldog puppies died?) This is the forum where she decided it was ok for her to threaten victims of her  and their children, but brought lawsuits up on a few of the women for millions of dollars for defamation of character. All because they beat her in a court of law, and wanted their judgements fulfilled. This is the forum where we all got to watch the Attorney Generals Office with the help of the Dept of Agriculture and the ASPCA strip her of her license, allowing her to NEVER BE ABLE TO WORK WITH, TRAIN OR SELL ANY MORE ANIMALS!!! And from what I understand they snatched up quite a bit of her cash. After freezing all of her assets and her claiming to be forced to eat at soup kitchens.
So tell me prospective victims, is this the type of person that you want to do business with? I think not.
This woman, Michelle Fazio/Wallace is actually Robin Schulder,  formally of BUULDOGSRUS. Ask yourself this, Why would she have to change her name? And her "Baby Daddy" John Ferris is one in the same as well. He actually helped in bringing charges against her. Yes he did, mailed in quite alot of evidence. 
So after I finish this post, you can rest assure that I am contacting EVERY SINGLE BIRD ASSOCIATION OUT THERE. Starting with LIPS which I am conveniently a member of. Once again, you have my word, you will be shut down. You have many many sites with the same exact phone number on the web. Whats the matter Robin, Cant be a phony vet tech anymore? I bet you miss performing surgeries on your poor helpless bulldogs on your washing machine. using bleach on their skin to try and treat the mange. Trying to fix the cherry eye yourself. May the lives of all those precious babies and the babies that you probably aspirate now, come back to haunt you in this entire lifetime and your next!!!

They have gone from selling every kind of dog you can imagine, to selling antiques and estates, to selling dolls, and now birds. Oh yes, and lets not forget selling herself as a dominatrix as well.......

She has been sued many many times and has lost every single time. Just google her under Robin Schulder, and you shall read the truth. The court system does not lie. Judgement after judgment. Using her poor ex-husband/disbarred attorney to get her out of trouble more than once. Repeatedly actually. BUT GUESS WHAT LOSER??? YOU WILL LOSE AGAIN! 

This was neither maria or andrew hun... This is another lady you stole from. I know both very well and all of this is lies. Maria & andrews customers know this. This site makes it OK to post anything anyone would like about someone , without proof, and does not give out names of who posted. I'd like to see where they did any of this, if its true, its funny you can run your mouth.. but yet you cant ever back it up. i backed it up with FACTS. Aggravated harassment in the second degree.

A person is guilty of aggravated harassment in the second degree when, with intent to harass, annoy, threaten or
alarm another person, he or she:

1. Either

(a) communicates with a person, anonymously or otherwise, by telephone, by telegraph, or by mail, or by
transmitting or delivering any other form of written communication, in a manner likely to cause annoyance or alarm; or

(b) causes a communication to be initiated by mechanical or electronic means or otherwise with a person,
anonymously or otherwise, by telephone, by telegraph, or by mail, or by
transmitting or delivering any other form of written communication, in a manner
likely to cause annoyance or alarm; or Internet postings of ones adress where they reside, putting them or there children at risk or Danger. Postings of ones photos and making fun or posting derogitorty statements of ones photos. Using childrens pictures and posting them on line. Interferance with Business Relations and Sales, loss of wages.   

2) Making calls to pretend you are someone else to try and find out personal information about a party, not a conversation ensues, with no purpose of legitimate communication; or

3. Strikes, shoves, kicks, or otherwise subjects another person to physical contact, or attempts or threatens to do the same because of a belief or perception regarding such person's race, color, national origin, ancestry, gender, religion, religious practice, age, disability or sexual orientation, regardless of whether the belief or perception is correct; or

4. Commits the crime of harassment in the first degree and has previously been convicted of the
crime of harassment in the first degree as defined by section 240.25 of this article within the preceding ten years.

5. For the purposes of subdivision one of this section, "form of written communication" shall include, but not be
limited to, a recording as defined in subdivision six of section 275.00 of this part.

Aggravated harassment in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor.
