Complaint Review: Parthia Law Center P.C.

 I received a mailer that appears to be from my lender offering help to modify my mortgage. After calling the number, I realized it was a third party offering to intervene on my behalf. I spoke with Chris then had to speak to compliance. This is when my husband and I spoke with Jeffery. Let me tell you... he is slick. He will say all the right things and even when your instincts tell you something is not right he will convince you that he is legit. We sent $1500.00 by bank wire transfer THEN he emailed a contract for me to sign electronically. When I read it I refused to sign it because it stated the exact opposite as he promised over the phone. We requested our money back within 3 hours of the transfer due to the contract that was emailed. All of the sudden he would not answer the phone and did not respond to emails until I threatened to report him. We are two days shy of two weeks and still no sign of a refund. Don't fall for his lies!! They prey of our vulnerability. Please don't throw your money away. You can modify your loan yourself. I have done it.
