Complaint Review: Parts Components International Inc

I ordered my 2 parts in April of 03. After several months of calling them (and I have the phone records to prove it), I canceled my order. After several more months of calling them to get my money back (again, I have more phone records), I finally hired a lawyer. It is now 22 July 04 and so far, even the threats from my lawyer have done no good. Someone tell me what else I can do. How do I file a class action lawsuit? Is that what needs to be done? I don't know. HELP!
