I purchased a blower moter for my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan  from parts geek they sent the wrong part so i emailed the company because that is all u can do they provide no phone # contact. they emailed me back and stated to send the part to keystone auto 1700 parker Rd location 130, Charlotte, NC, so I did sent the part registerd mail and insured in , So the part was recieved by Keystone and never sent back I inquired where is my refund from Parts geek only to be insulted and told that i now have to sent it to another location the location they gave me was wrong, I have contacted keystone by phone only to be told that the sign for may parts and they can not located mine with out the part # i provide the part # now they told me that they sent it back to the post office which is not ture , So it is going in to six weeks and i still have not got my part or my money but i have the post receipt and confirmation that keystone signed and revieved my auto part.
