I recently ordered two items from them - one was correct and one was not.  I based the order on their website information.  They wanted me to pay for the shipping even though their website search/find part info was incorrect.  Their shipping is so high that it already was a losing proposition and I had already lost money on the order.  When I brought this up regarding the website search software they told me I made the error.  It is easier to go to the dealership, they stand behind their products. this organziation does not.
