Simply, stay away. The so called "customer service" Fails to exist. The prices on the parts I ordered were not that much lower than other sites. I would rather have my part, and be able to depend on the company than save $2.00. Buyer beware. There are many other reputable firms out there that may have less of a web presence, but will stand behind the policies set forth on the site.
