Complaint Review: Parts Geek LLC

I purchased a fuel pump from partsgeek.com on December the 15^th 2015. I never received the part. “Partsgeek” refuses to refund my money or ship another part stating they are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence.

They also state it is my responsibility to have someone present at time of delivery. Well My wife is a stay at home mother of two and the package was never delivered.  

They do not return my phone calls.

All I want is a refund.
