Purchased a grill insert for a 1998 Mercedes Ml320 from Partsgeek. The part measures 3" x 18" and weighs about 12 0z. These yahoo's send a part that is twice as long, and obviously meant for a tank! The part was shipped in a box that could have housed 400 of these things! I thought it was odd at the time, but when I realized it was the wrong part, and contacted them to return the item, it all made sense. You see, when you read the instructions for a return and you get to the part where it says to" ship it back in the original box", you see the scam unfolding. I re-packed it(per their instructions) and headed down to the post office. I put it up on the scale and waited for the price. It was $95! I didnt ship it for two reasons: Number 1...I had only paid $26 for the part, and number two, it was $95 dollars for shipping!!!!

Long story short, I contacted them again (which is like adding insult to injury).You can never speak to someone diectly. Its all done though emails! I told them I thought their way of conducting business was ridiculous and would like a refund. To this day, I have yet to receive a response. I still have my $26 dollar plastic insert and will never do business with PartsGeek again.
