Parts Geek Failed to refund my core charge

I bought a part from them whihc required a core charge that was to be refunded when I sent the core.  I contacted them to return the core and get my refund and they refused to give me an RMA to return because I waited past some limit.  They never mentioned the time limit when I was forced to pay the core charge
