I bought over $600 worth of automobile parts from PartsGeek over the last six weeks. Both shipments were delayed by the vendors contracted to PartsGeek as these vendors held these parts in their warehouses without being picked up by the post office. This is not the post office fault but the vendors refused to indicate the shipping date to PartsGeek. PartsGeek been informed me they have no control over communicating with their own vendors.

Heartbeat has no part in any warehouses of its own. The parts are contracted to be shipped by independent vendors and PartsGeek has Bill control over the vendors Behavior towards the customer. I returned all the parts due to two-week delays in shipping and I was informed that the shipping charges would not be refunded according to their policies. These parts are necessary for a project that had a specific time frame.

PartsGeek is an advertising company to make a profit without having any parts available of its own nor any controls over the vendors that it works with. I'm out almost $100 and shipping for parts that were received waylaid. This company is a classic rip off. Go to eBay and their parts companies will play ball with the customer fairly otherwise eBay will make them perform.
