Complaint Review: PartsMarket.com

PartsMarket.com Parts Market Confirmed they had the part in stock in my area several times, they lied to get my money. Phoenix Arizona

I called and talked to an agent several times to confirm that the part was the correct part and that the part was in stock. An agent assured me that the part would fit (using my VIN) and also confirmed that they had 2 available in my area.  I asked if I could pay for the part locally after seeing the part myself.  The answer was no, an agent explained that I would have to pay online to be able to secure the part and the part will be available for pickup in 1 day.

After I paid online, PartsMarket sent an email saying that they don't have the part at all and they would return my money in 5 business days.
