Partstore.com Wrong part, Wouldn't take back. Santa Clarita, California

Ordered part on-line, waveguide cover for microwave oven, and saved screenshot from website for proof.   Got wrong part 5 days later.  Called Partstore rep immediately, who said I had ordered the wrong part.  I offered to send copy of web page and order, and after rep checked if it'd be ok, said there would be no way for them to confirm what I was sending them was real.  Provided me a return number, however wanted to charge me again for the correct part, with promise that original charge would be credited when they got the wrong part back, which I'd have to pay to ship.  Also said I'd have to pay for the shipment of the second part.  I replied I'd write it off as a loss, and have the charge removed from the credit card.  It was only a couple of bucks, but a company that'll do that for cheap parts will do it for anything.
