They obtained my name from an colleague and called me to tell me about there clubs and program. Which was I get to try these clubs for 45 days and if I did not like them them would reshaft,regrip or I could keep what I wanted and return what I didn't want. I ordered a set which was to include a set of irons, three woods and a Carbite putter. The order was placed on Oct 29,1999 and wa stold it would be shipped in 7-10 days. After several phone calls I finally recieved the irons on Dec 13,1999. I tried the irons and after 30 days after recieving the irons I was not happy with the irons and the poor service on getting what I paid for I called in for a RMA number.I was have to this day to recieve the shipping paper work to return the clubs or to get my account credited. I have sent letters and made phone calls and sent faxes. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and that has been about 30 days with no reply from the company.
