Complaint Review: PAS LLC / Mastros Steakhouse Chicago

On January 24 2015 I was dining with Matros Steakhouse in Chicago. I used their valet service which is called PAS LLC owned by Anthony Mango from what I believe. My vehicle got ticketed for illegal parking after I paid for valet parking. My ticket was thrown out by the valet service so that they wouldnt be responsible for it which was $65.00 and so I wouldnt be upset at their poor service. I received a notice in the mail a month later that I have a unpaid parking ticket and now the fine has gone up to $100.00 since it was not paid by the original date on ticket. I called the General Manager of Mastros Steakhouse Brandt Lens. He said he was going to get with the valet company and have them take care of it since I had proof of dining and valeting with them. The valet service ended up coming back and said they will not pay for it because they are not responsible due to parking all their cars in parking garages. This is a lie. If you google search the valet company PAS LLC you will see they were under investigation for bad business practices and parking cars illegally and getting people tickets. I had to pay out of my own pocket for this ticket after I spent $250.00 on dinner alone that night.  I had proof of my dining receipt, valet ticket, and city ticket all with times and stamps matching up. I will be holding a protest this Saturday night 3/21/2015 from 7PM to close in front of Mastros Steakhouse in Chicago for anyone who would like to join in effort to stop these scam artist valet companies and put them out of business. DO NOT USE MASTROS STEAKHOUSE VALET COMPANY "PAS LLC". YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!
