This "LAWYER" is frequently violating the FCRA, State and Federal Law. To them it is rewarding to attack people blindly by claiming they hold liability for Credit Cards when the individual is merely an autherized user. Before the person knows it LAWER pays small fee, fills out a few papers, and ....PRESTO ....Judgement and Garnishment for a debt they do not leaglally owe.
Oddly enough this same group holds a regular class on the Constitution while at the same time violating the rights of the individuals they claim to educate in Constitutional Rights CLICK HERE.
It's time they met with a responce using the same tactics they employ to illegally collect debts. I am in consultation with a law firm in Baltimore Maryland to directly put Pasadena Recievables in the middle of a Defamation Lawsuit and possible Class Action on behalf of everyone defrauded by these sheisters.
