Pascarella's Towing Srvice ,Towing Cars from a parking lot while people where eating in a diner Syracuse New York
These people towed cars from a parking lot while people were eating breakfast in a diner across the street from the parking lot. They ripped us off for $108 dollars to get our cars back. They waited til after the bars closed and everyone was eating to start towing. They are the lowest of scum and I urge you not use them in any capacity of business. We have been parking in the lot and have never had problems.
