Complaint Review: paschal truck lines

Well it started back in October when me and my brother went to drive for PtL. We were new to the whole trucking job so we just went to test the waters there. We went through orientation and was promised a $1000 training allowance that would be paid to us $100 a week for the first 10 weeks okay cool. well we went out for 4 weeks and decided it was time to take home time so when we decided to go home. we were told we have to turn our truck in that we couldn't take it home so we did. well home time ended and we went back to Murray,Ky to get another truck they didn't have one for us we had to go recover a truck so we could get rolling again. we got stuck in a new freightliner they had bought with a blown axle on it got it fixed rolled on well every week till we decided to leave the company in December the truck kept either blowing an axle seal or blowing an axle. we asked to be put into a different truck only to be denied every time. we ended up leaving PtL as company drivers not trainees. so pay time came on Friday and I check my account and they only put $20 into my bank account. call them up they said I had to repay all of the $1000. I asked the lady Betty kell  in payroll why I had to pay it back she said all trainees have to pay it back that I signed a paper stating I would. I never signed that paper at all .when I asked her to email me the paper i signed she told me she couldn't provide the paper that they could not keep up with the paper work it would be to much to keep up with so they refunded the money back which they then double taxed. so stay away from this place. terrible pay terrible people terrible equipment and if you have worked for them as a trainee I would be asking them where your money is that they took without your permission
