Complaint Review: Paschall - Logistics Jennifer Gilson

This so called freight broker has incompetent lower and upper level employees who are not properly trained on industry standards and are refusing to pay for services provided (detention fee's). I have presented the broker with all info that was requested from us in order to be reimbursed for detention but they have refused to do so by saying that they just found out from their customer that instead of standard free two hours for load/unload this shipper has policy of fisrt four hours being free. This information was not noted on the rate confirmation or was it relayed to my dispatcher verbaly at the time of sale.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU ANYWAY THEY CAN IN ORDER TO COVER THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE!!!!!
