Put down a deposit for a plastic surgery procedure in January 2014. Made another payment toward a procedure scheduled with Dr. LaGrasso in the offices of Pacual MD, Aventura Florida. I took vacation from work, and was told 5 days before surgery that another Doctor would be executing my surgery, that I had not met. I cancelled, and was urged to reschedule with the new Doctor. I set up a new consult, and upon arrival, this Doctor,, Dr. Saeedn, also no longer works there, I wasn't told.
I was bribed with discounts by the owner, Chris Murray, to meet the third Doctor, Dr. Kelly. I was told in writing if I did not want to move forward, I would receive a full refund. I chose not to move forward, I have called and emailed for weeks, and no one will respond. They have literally stolen my 2600.00. I will be suing all parties involved in Small Claims Court, but the public needs to know they may be switching your Doctor while you are unconscious, or caught off guard. Beware
