Complaint Review: Passages in Ventura

Passages in Ventura Dropped patient at hospital for hyperglycemia then refused to let her return and left her in streets. Did notify had diabetes prior to admission. Assured could handle. After Er visit she called Passages to come and get her Ventura California

Patient was admitted for addiction treatment. Did notify staff patient had type 1 diabetes prior to admission. On admission blood sugar elevated. Passages took her to Er. After blood sugars stabilized, ER discharged. Passages refused to allow back in or pick her up. Basically she was left in street without money or phone. And to top it off misplaced all her cloths as duffle bag missing upon with a driver I hired to go to passages to pick up her things almost 2,000.00 dollars of clothes, shoes and tolieteries. For one week, assured had mailed duffle bag but two weeks later never received. Now they say don’t know what I am talking about
