Beware of Passion Imports or onlyscooter.com promises on delivery schedule commitments.

THEY DO NOT HONOR THEM and when you call to inquire of the deliveries they are rude and call you STUPID, saying if a customer thinks that they can honor all the delivery dates. I was told it takes a lot of time to process orders, pack and ship the merchandise and I needed to use some common sense and realize this. I explained that I had made a phone call to confirm delivery of a scooter before placing an order because it was a birthday gift. I was assured that if the item was placed before 3:00PM that would be shipped out that same day. Only to find out the day I thought the scooter would be delivered that it was shipped out the day prior and would not arrive for 5 days which is after the birthday. I told him that was too late and I wanted to cancel the order. I was told there was nothing I or they could do, because UPS now had the order.

I then called my bank requesting non-payment of this transaction since there is a delay in payment for this type of transaction. If and when the item is delivered it will not be accepted.

I'm sorry to hear about the birthday gift. There is no reason for rude employees. I visited Onlyscooter's websit and almost all of your points are addressed in their policies on shipping and return. They may have told you something else on the phone and that is their fault but every complaint you have (except rude) is all spelled out for you on their site. They will attempt to and try to, not guarantee or promise at least that is what it says ,in writing. I had a Fed Ex overnite take 5 days. Site says it takes 4 shipping days to get to VA from TX by UPS and if that falls on a weekend it can go out on a Wed. and not get there until the following Wed., 7 human days. Don't know if you saw that info or not. Have had several kids seriously hurt on those things here in town ,it might have been for the best. Good Luck.
