On May 1st 2011 I signed up for Passport123 to expedite my passport application, when I finalized my order all I recieved was a vague e-mail listing the steps for me to complete to recieve my passport. On arrival at the post office I became aware that I would pay $60.00 to expedite my passport application through the U.S. Post Office for a total charge of $170.00. Passport123 was going to charge me $129.00 on top of the $170.

Both application processes where going to take 10-14 buisness days for me to recieve my passport. At this point I realized that Passport123 provided no added service. When calling them 2 days later I requested that they cancel my order, but they were unwilling to refund me the $129.00 that I was charged. They cited that there was a 24 hour cancellation notice that was exceeded. Also my calls to them from my cell phone went unanswered and it was only until I call from a unknown outside line to Passport123 that my call was answered, suspicious I think so.
