My wife booked a flight through www.travleocity.com and was prompted with an offer for coupons for our trip. When she clicked it, a second browser popped up at www.passporttofun.com explaining the offer, without explaining any costs that would be incurred. She continued to the next window saying how much would now be charged for accepting the offer. She tried to cancel and back the page up, but it didn't work. She then closed the browser window, thinking everything was fine because she NEVER AUTHORIZED any purchase. Sure enough, the credit card statement came with the $14.95 charge from passporttofun.com.

After reading some of these reports, I didn't bother contacting passport to fun, figuring I'd get the run around from them. After filing a dispute with my credit card company, I contacted travelocity to let them know they were dealing with a 3rd party merchant who practices fraud. Through numerous emails and wordplay, they let me know they didn't care that their customers were being subjected to this fraud.
