Complaint Review: Passport to Travel

Passport to Travel Read the fine print! There are all kinds of processing fees, activation fees, taxes, etc. that were never explained. Additionally, the fine print of what you must do (timely) is almost overwhelming. Tampa, Florida

My husband and I attended their informational meeting (after receiving an Award Notification for travel).  After hearing their talk about what Passport to Travel had to offer, we determined it was not right for us (giving them thousands of dollars for future travel).  Within 30-45 days, we were to receive our airline travel voucher for travel, plus 3 nights in a hotel, for attending their talk.   After 2 phone calls and threatening them with fraud, we received our travel voucher.   They said they had sent the vouchers but hadn't.   What kind of phone operators are taught and feel comfortable about lieing about this (I asked for a date the vouchers were sent and they were unable to give me a date.)  Upon receiving the travel voucher, we found there are registration and processing fees to be paid (not minimal), extreme time limitations in order to do so, no credit card payments, severe limitations when the airline flights could be taken as well as Passport Travel reserving the right to offer an alternate departure date and/or designation.   I encourage the public to be very vary of this company.
