Passporthealthservicesusa represents to serve the traveler on time sensitive testing for travel.  In due dilligence, and having other options, passporthealthservicesusa in tustin assured me that my travel would be assured with their services, outside of course of a positive covid test result, which is beyond their control.  I've been waiting now over 2 weeks, and they refuse to communicate or give status on the test I paid for, nor have they provided any evidence that a test was even submitted to a lab.

I filed for reversal of the charge with Citibank, and of course when and if the test ever comes back, it has no value, as the country requires a test not earlier than 72 hours prior to arrival.  I reached someone by phone this morning, and they said with a sneer, tough luck.  I have the voice on record of the RN who assured me there would be no problems.

EXACTLY NO ONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND SHOULD USE PASSPORTHEALTHUSA or any of their  affiliates to comply with a <72hr COVID PCR test

They will attempt to take your money, even knowing at the time of service that there is no possibility of performance, and that your trip will get cancelled, and you will lose that money as well.  My colleague over at the Orange FBI field office confirmed that there are to date 369 similar complaints lodged against passporthealthusa for the same scam.
