Heads up warning for people wanting to look into purchasing a Password Program. I did a trial version of the 1Password Program and ended up billed for something I decided not to purchase. There's a  lot of good programs out there, and I'm not saying that this is not a good program. These programs give you a free trial. And like most people who want to compare the programs as well as price....1Password was not my top choice. 

The problem is when I made my decision, I wrote them an email to cancel the rest of the trial and they still billed me. (I still have the email letter). Apparently it seemed to be ignored , because they billed me again the next year. I tried to stop it with the bank, and eventually closed the account completely because the incompetent service and how it got handled.

It was only over 75.00 dollars, but it's the audacity on "Just take my money" even though I wrote to them to cancel twice. The other problem why it went over into the next year was there was no other way to contact them. No phone numbers, no emails, but the staff and their pretty pictures are on the website.  ( I will insert the CEO/HR pictures.) The other contacts are correspondence questions that have nothing to deal with this situation.

So out of Good Faith....I thought I let the world know to try other honest Password Programs where before you place your Credit or Debit card for a free trial. The other headache is they are based addressed  in Canada. Yes you can sue them in small claims ....but it could be an uphill battle getting them to served to the proper agent.

There are many other good programs without the hassle.
