Cliff Lovette This service is a Sham. They keep canceling my order. I have ordered 3 books several times. I spent hours creating my book. they NEVER answer their support phones, which is ironic, because their salespeople are called 'happiness specialists'. Don't waste your money!!! Other people complain that they never receive their ordered books.
