I think Pat Hancock was an awful real estate agent and property manager. She billed and overcharged for all kinds of unnecessary services, rarely returned calls, misrepresented the property and did a terrible job. She seems like a passive aggressive person with a huge ego that cost me lots of money. Terrible!
