This complaint is about a fraudulent receipt that shows dates on it as 07/03/10 and 07/09/10 for parts that was supposedly purchased for my 2005 Mercury Montego by Schaumburg Automedics Inc. from Pat Kean's Friendly Ford in Roselle IL which was presented to me after 30 days from when I requested a receipt for parts purchased from Schaumburg Automedics Inc on July 13th, 2010. The receipt in question does not have my vin # for my vehicle and the make, model, and year for my vehicle listed on they're receipt. Therefore, how would I know if these parts were actually purchased for my car, if parts were purchased at all. The receipt from this place of business is altered and there are dates showing on this receipt from this place of business fax dates back in 2008 and also August of 2010. When the parts were supposed to be ordered on 07/02/10 for my vehicle from this repair shop called Schaumburg Automedics Inc.

The repairs were completed on 07/07/10 so why does a date of 07/09/10 show on this receipt which is a date after the questionble repairs were supposedly completed on my car. The repairs were completed on 07/07/2010 and I have the invoice from Schaumburg Automedics for the date the repairs completed. Also the part numbers listed on this receipt from Pat Keans Friendly Ford were not the part numbers shown on the parts that were removed from my car which were the damaged parts and not the parts listed on this receipt from Pat Kean's Friendly Ford's receipt after the repairs were supposedly done on my car by Schaumburg Automedics Inc. The parts that were removed from my car are the original parts that came from my car when I purchased it in 2005 brand new. This receipt from Pat Keans Friendly Ford is a bogus receipt and I am complaining and reporting this place of business because they are making fraudulent receipts for independant repair shops and helping these repair shops with fraudulent business practices in order to deceive and rip off consumers of they're hard earned money.

I also called Pat Kean's Friendly Ford on 09/04/2010 and a Mike answered the phone and I questioned the invoice # and he stated this was not an invoice number from 2010 and that this was a very old invoice. I questioned if the these parts were purchased by Schaumburg Automedics Inc on 07/03/10 and 07/09/10 and he stated he did not have a record of Schaumburg Automedics Inc. ordering any parts on these dates from Pat Kean's Friendly Ford's place of business. Questionable repairs were completed 07/07/2010 so why are there fax dates showing back in 2008 and in August 2010? Why are there order dates showing 07/03/2010 which was on a Saturday when the parts were ordered on 07/02/2010 and a date for 07/09/2010 when the questionable repairs were already completed on 07/07/2010 which is before the date 07/09/2010 which is listed on this receipt. All of this information I have provided can be proven because I have the receipt that Schaumburg Automedics Inc gave me in court on September 3rd, 2010 and the Judge allowed this altered receipt as evidence to be presented after 30 days from when I requested a receipt from Schaumburg Automedics for the parts they had supposedly purchased.

I have the parts that were taken off my car which shows the casted numbers on the parts with the prefix showing these parts were engineered parts and not service parts. Service parts do not have casting numbers on them, these part numbers would only be listed on the box. This was found out after much research on Ford parts done on my own. The receipt itself has fax dates from 2008 with Friendly Ford's name by it and a fax date in August 2010 and I dont know why these dates from 2008 and August 2010 would be on this receipt when my car was supposedly repaired on 07/07/2010. The dates on the receipt do not match or coincide with the dates for parts ordered which was on 07/02/2010 and when repairs were completed on 07/07/2010 which shows on the receipt a date of 07/09/2010 which was 2 days after my car was repaired and completed. I have pictures of the original parts taken off my car which shows how damaged these parts were which was suppose to be new parts purchased by Schaumburg Automedics, Inc.

I also have the invoices numbers, the dates, and how much I paid on the invoices from Schaumburg Automedics Inc. Pat Kean's Friendly Ford helped this independent repair shop rip me off of $1,086.29 by producing fraudulent receipts to show that they purchased parts new parts however these new parts were never put on my car because the original parts were still on my car and I paid Schaumburg Automedics Inc. 1,086.29 for parts and repairs that were never done. This type of fraudulent and deceptive business practice is unacceptable and these types of businesses need to be exposed and addressed and consumers need to be aware of what is going on so this cannot happen to any consumers anymore. I'm sure this independent automobile repair shop has done this to many other consumers, however, they would not know because this has not been exposed.
