Pat Mende Mid Central Realty No rental receipts, no CRP, and unpaid wages Madison Lake Minnesota
This lady and her husband Scott are true slumlords. I rented from them in Waterville last winter. So many promises were made to fix this and fix that and nothing ever got done. I received no receipts and no CRP for taxes. I also was asked by Pat to do various odd jobs for her in lieu of rent money. I documented the work done, dates and times. She kept mydeposit because I did not pay my last month's rent. Even though our agreement was the work I did was supposed to offset the rent. Now she is not willing to pay me anything for all the work I did for her. When asked about it, she has two or 3 different responses which she uses over and over. All of them are simply lies meant to pacify you in hopes you will eventually give up. I am not the only person she has had do work that has never been compensated. I only hope this report will warn other people and save them the same experience as many of us have with Pat and her Husband Scott
