Complaint Review: Pat's Small Engine Plus

Pat's Web site provided pricing and shipping for the parts listed on their web site, then aftering making a selection and shipping method, they processed the charges but then held the parts unless I paid more money for additioanl shipping costs. This is not legal and no one else should be caught up in their misleading and despetive practices. All interested customers to this site should avoide them at all costs.
