Pat's Small Engine Plus Waited an eternity for parts, I was lied to and misinformed Isani Minnesota
These people do NOT notify you when they have a back-order as promised on their web sight! They do not answer Emails. I waited FIVE weeks for my parts only to get a wrong part. After two weeks I was told that they had shipped, then two weeks later I was told that a part was backordered but would be in the next day, another week goes by and they still hadn't shipped! Finally got the parts and one is the wrong part! I'm so tired of this that I am not even going to bother trying to get the right part that I paid for from them, I'm just going somewhere else and buy it again! This was not my first order from them that took too long but it is my LAST!
