Pat's Trucking ripoff, cheated employees, take employees pay checks to give to other drivers Memphis Tennessee
My husband and me, start driving with Pat's Trucking in Nov 2001 to June 2002 as a team driver, she started off good but at the end it was bad.
steal driver money, when she go broke she take the driver money and go to the Casnio, and the next day she make a excuse that CH Robinson didn't pay her, but i call Ch Robinson they said they paid send the money in her bank that night. Pat said that they didn't. some time when we need money she will take another driver pay check and give us some off of it. don't tell her that u have a truck note, because u will only make engough money to pay her and we will get a little money, not engough for the truck note.
In May 2002 she supposed to paying the insurance monthly payment, she wanted us to send $2,000 into the insurance company. we send in $600 to the insurance, we call the insurance they said the insurance was cancel in April, she being having us runing under no insurance for a whole money, we told her about it she lied, and fired us.
